1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Borrowed.

By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Accept responsibility for activity carried out using your account.

You may sign in using Apple Sign In or email and password.

3. Using Borrowed

Borrowed allows users to upload clothing items, organise wardrobes, create Circles, and arrange borrowing requests with other users.

You are responsible for all content you upload and all borrowing arrangements you make through the app.

Borrowed is a platform only.

We are not a party to agreements between users and are not responsible for disputes arising from borrowing or lending items.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including:

• Clothing photos
• Item descriptions
• Profile information
• Wardrobe content

By uploading content, you grant Randova Ltd a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of operating Borrowed.

You confirm that you have the right to upload any content you submit.

5. Community Standards

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful or offensive content.
• Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Borrowed or its systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
• Use Borrowed for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Borrowing & Lending

Borrowed helps users coordinate borrowing between trusted members of a Circle.

Borrowed does not:

• Guarantee that items will be returned.
• Guarantee item condition.
• Guarantee delivery or collection.
• Verify ownership of uploaded items.
• Resolve disputes between users.

Users remain solely responsible for any borrowing arrangements they make.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Borrowed available and reliable.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates or technical issues.

8. Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store using Apple's billing system.

Payments, renewals and cancellations are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Borrowed, including its branding, design, logos, software and original content, is owned by Randova Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute or modify any part of Borrowed without our written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of Borrowed is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

11. Termination

You may stop using Borrowed and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Breach these Terms.
• Harm other users.
• Misuse the platform.
• Engage in unlawful activity.

12. Disclaimer

Borrowed is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randova Ltd makes no warranties regarding:

• Availability of the service.
• Accuracy of user-generated content.
• Suitability of items for borrowing.
• Conduct of other users.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randova Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of clothing or personal belongings.
• Damage to borrowed items.
• Disputes between users.
• Loss of profits or business.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Borrowed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on our website.

Continued use of Borrowed after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
