This Privacy Policy explains how LLEPS (the "App"), operated by Randova Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the App and related support pages on randovasolutions.net.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to users of the LLEPS mobile application and visitors to related support, privacy, and terms pages on our website.
LLEPS is a casual word game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies under local law).
2. Information the App may process
Depending on how you use LLEPS, the App may process the following categories of information:
Gameplay and progress
- Practice mode usage (Easy, Medium, Hard)
- Scores and performance in practice runs
- Lives remaining in a practice session
- Streaks and statistics
- Daily Challenge completion state and results
- Power-Up balances and usage
- In-app settings and preferences
Device and technical information
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Language and locale settings
- Crash, diagnostic, or performance information if collected through installed SDKs
- Network connectivity information needed to load ads or validate purchases
Purchases and entitlements
If you make in-app purchases, Apple processes payment. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We and our service providers may receive purchase-related metadata needed to unlock Power-Ups or other entitlements.
Advertising and consent-related information
When ads are enabled, advertising partners may process information described in Section 5 below. Where required by law, we or our partners may also store consent choices related to advertising or certain data processing.
We do not require you to create an account to play LLEPS, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or postal address inside the App unless you contact us separately for support.
3. Local data storage
Much of your gameplay information — including progress, statistics, streaks, Daily Challenge state, and settings — may be stored locally on your device using on-device storage mechanisms. Local gameplay and Power-Up usage state may also be stored on-device to reflect consumption and gameplay in the App.
Separately, RevenueCat may maintain purchase, entitlement, and virtual currency / Power-Up balance information associated with your app installation and purchase context. Local state and RevenueCat records may both be used to display balances, validate purchases, and reflect usage.
Local data generally remains on your device until you delete the App, clear app storage, or reset relevant data through in-app controls where available.
If you use Apple device backup or migration features, your platform provider may include App data in backups according to your account and device settings. We do not control those backup systems.
4. In-app purchases
LLEPS offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable Power-Ups and, when available, a one-time Remove Ads purchase. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
We use RevenueCat as a service provider to help manage in-app purchase status, entitlements, and virtual currency / Power-Up balances. RevenueCat may process information such as:
- App / purchase-context identifiers
- App Store purchase and transaction metadata (product identifiers, receipts, and related transaction information)
- Entitlement information
- Virtual currency / Power-Up balance information
- Relevant technical information (for example device and operating system information, and timestamps or events related to validating purchases or restoring entitlements)
RevenueCat processes data under its own terms and privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple also processes purchase-related data under Apple's privacy terms. Manage purchases and request refunds according to Apple's policies and your Apple ID settings.
5. Advertising
LLEPS is free to play and may show advertising through Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Advertising in LLEPS may include:
- Occasional interstitial ads shown between completed practice games
- Optional rewarded ads that you may voluntarily choose to watch in exchange for an in-app Power-Up or similar reward
Advertising providers may process information such as:
- Device identifiers where permitted by law and platform settings
- IP address
- Advertising interactions (for example impressions and clicks)
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- App and device information
- Consent choices
- Diagnostics related to ad delivery
Information associated with optional rewarded-ad completion may be processed by us, Google, or other service providers to verify that a reward was earned, grant the corresponding in-app reward, and help prevent duplicate or fraudulent reward claims.
Advertising requests and data processing are handled according to the user's consent status, applicable law, and the advertising provider's settings. We do not guarantee that every individual ad will be non-personalised after consent is declined, and we cannot control every advertiser or creative shown through third-party ad networks.
Google's privacy information for advertising is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may be shown a consent message before personalised advertising or certain data processing occurs, including through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) or similar mechanisms where implemented.
Depending on the options presented, you may be able to:
- Consent to personalised advertising or related processing
- Decline consent or choose less personalised options where offered
- Manage or revisit privacy choices through in-app settings or system controls where available
Core gameplay — including practice modes and the Daily Challenge — does not require you to consent to personalised advertising. Rewarded advertising is optional.
7. App Tracking Transparency
If LLEPS requests permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies, iOS will present Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt before such tracking occurs. You can allow or deny that permission in iOS Settings.
8. Daily Challenge and gameplay
The Daily Challenge offers one attempt per UTC day. Completing or attempting the Daily Challenge does not require you to watch advertising or make a purchase.
Rewarded ads, Power-Ups, and other optional monetisation features are separate from core Daily Challenge access.
9. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide gameplay, statistics, streaks, and Daily Challenge functionality
- Save progress and settings on your device
- Process and validate in-app purchases and entitlements
- Deliver, measure, and improve optional advertising
- Operate, secure, and improve the App
- Respond to support requests you send us by email
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
10. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
If UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases as applicable:
- Contract / steps prior to contract — to provide gameplay and purchase features you request
- Legitimate interests — to operate and secure the App, prevent abuse, and improve reliability in ways that do not override your rights
- Consent — where required for certain advertising or tracking, which you may withdraw through available controls
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law
11. Third-party services
LLEPS relies on third-party services that process information under their own terms and privacy policies, including:
- Apple (App Store distribution, StoreKit, and device OS features)
- RevenueCat (in-app purchase, entitlement, and virtual currency management)
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads (advertising)
- Google User Messaging Platform (consent messaging, where implemented)
We are not responsible for third-party practices outside our reasonable control.
12. Data retention
- Local gameplay data may remain on your device until you delete the App or clear its storage.
- Support emails are retained for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations.
- Apple, RevenueCat, and Google may retain purchase, entitlement, advertising, or diagnostic records according to their own retention practices and legal requirements.
13. International transfers
Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other service providers may process data in the United States or other countries outside your own. Those transfers are governed by the relevant provider's terms and applicable transfer mechanisms.
14. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps appropriate to the nature of a consumer mobile game. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Children's privacy
LLEPS is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age is required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under those ages. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by email, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
16. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict certain processing, obtain a copy of your information, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Because much gameplay data is stored locally, many access or deletion requests for that data can be exercised by deleting the App or clearing its storage on your device.
To exercise rights relating to information we hold via support email, contact [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where you live.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective / last updated date above. Continued use of the App after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
